Abstract
This chapter presents selected aspects of European Union’s sanction policy over Russias’s military aggression against Ukraine in 2014–2023. The authors elaborated shortly on the conflict background, position of the European Union towards Russian Federation’s activity and restrictive measures being introduced by the European Union since 2014. At the end of the chapter implications of sanctions over Russian economy were described.
